Original receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges.
Exact product exchange for merchandise that is damaged or in unsatisfactory condition is allowed within 14 days.
Refunds given for unused merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase; may be subject to restocking fees.
Refund exceptions: Refunds are NOT given for used merchandise or consumables
(e.g., recycled boxes, packing paper, tape, labels, markers).
Returns after 14 days will not be refunded.
If payment made by check, refund requires 10 business day waiting period.

*Minimum order of $50 required for delivery and is restricted to the greater Tri-Cities WA area; fuel surcharge applies.
